In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

By accessing the 6789rp website (https://6789rp.cam), registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms that may be published on the platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are effective as of the date on which you first access the 6789rp platform and shall continue to govern your use of the platform unless and until your Account is closed. Your continued use of 6789rp after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are registering on behalf of a business entity or any legal person other than yourself, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you personally and that entity.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Service offered by 6789rp. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 6789rp strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. We reserve the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Account holder is under 21 years of age.

3.2 Residency and Legal Capacity

You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal determination that limits your capacity to contract.

3.3 Single Account per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on 6789rp. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances derived from bonus activity.

3.4 Self-Excluded Persons

If you have previously requested self-exclusion from 6789rp or from any other gambling platform that maintains a shared exclusion database recognized by 6789rp, you are not eligible to register or maintain an Account. Any Account opened in violation of this provision will be closed immediately upon discovery.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must also choose a secure password. 6789rp relies on the accuracy of the information you provide; any false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication when prompted or when the option becomes available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared devices;
• Notify 6789rp support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

6789rp will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4.3 One Account Policy

As stated in Section 3.3, each natural person may maintain only one Account on 6789rp. If 6789rp determines that a Member is operating multiple Accounts, all such Accounts may be immediately closed, any open bets settled at the minimum return, and all Bonus Funds forfeited. Real-money funds (excluding those derived from bonus winnings) may be returned to the Member's verified payment method at 6789rp's discretion.

6789rp is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To this end, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on all Member Accounts. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any of the following stages:

• Upon registration, at 6789rp's sole discretion;
• Before processing your first withdrawal request;
• When your cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold determined by 6789rp;
• When 6789rp has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation;
• Periodically, as part of our ongoing compliance obligations.

5.1 Acceptable KYC Documents

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM) — must be government-issued, unexpired, and clearly show full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph of your registered bank card or a screenshot of your registered e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) showing the account holder's name and account number.

6.1 Deposits

6789rp accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and Account tier. 6789rp does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 6789rp bears no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 6789rp does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment methods may be refused, and the funds returned (less any bank processing fees) to the source account.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your 6789rp Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold). 6789rp processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out in the membership tier benefits, typically ranging from under 2 minutes (Gold tier) to under 10 minutes (Bronze tier), subject to successful KYC verification and fraud checks.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that:

• Is registered in your full legal name as it appears on your KYC documents;
• Is the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless 6789rp grants a specific exception in writing;
• Has been verified through the KYC process.

6789rp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay processing where such checks are deemed necessary. We will communicate any delays transparently through your Account notification system or via email.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on 6789rp are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Account balances, bet stakes, odds, and payout amounts are all displayed in Rp. 6789rp does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds transferred to 6789rp in a currency other than IDR will be converted at the prevailing interbank exchange rate at the time of the transaction, less any applicable conversion fees charged by the processing bank.

6.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

6789rp reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful conduct. In such circumstances, 6789rp will notify the Member and may request additional documentation before the transaction is re-processed or the funds released.

6789rp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 7, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game categories, and geographic restrictions) will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting contributes 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games contribute 20%; slot games (including slot gacor — high-payout slot games) contribute 100%; and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) contributes 50%.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the validity period specified in the individual promotion. Unused Bonus Funds that expire are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet sizes while wagering Bonus Funds are restricted to Rp 500.000 per bet unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may be voided.
• 6789rp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited to a Member's Account will remain valid until expiry.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or redeemed for cash outside of the wagering requirement process.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements for the current welcome offer are published on the 6789rp homepage and may change periodically. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device.

7.3 Loyalty and VIP Rewards

6789rp operates a tiered loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold) that rewards Members based on their wagering activity. Points are accrued through real-money bets placed on qualifying game categories. Loyalty points may be redeemed for bonus credits, cashback, or other rewards as published in the loyalty program terms. 6789rp reserves the right to modify the loyalty program structure, points values, and redemption rates at any time.

All bets and wagers placed on 6789rp are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that market or product type. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out below.

8.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; if odds change during the bet submission process, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets consisting of three or more selections are available across eligible football markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available on selected matches. Specific handicap rules, including push and half-win outcomes, are explained in the Sports Betting Rules document available in the Help Center.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. In-play odds are updated in real time; 6789rp reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time.
• 6789rp reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred (palpable error rule), where the market has been suspended and a bet was accepted in error, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and may vary by Member Account tier and market type.

8.2 Togel (Numbers Lottery)

6789rp offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws from Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau (MKS). Draw results are sourced directly from the official operators of each respective lottery. 6789rp is not responsible for any errors or delays in the official draw results. Togel bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified after submission.

8.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are powered by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures. 6789rp accepts no liability for software errors occurring within third-party game environments; such disputes must be directed to the relevant game provider. Bet limits for live casino tables are displayed within the game interface.

8.4 Slot Games

Slot games, including slot gacor titles with high RTP (Return to Player) ratings, are powered by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft (PGS), and Microgaming. Published RTP percentages are based on independent game certification audits. Actual results in any individual session may vary significantly from the long-term theoretical RTP. All slot game outcomes are governed by certified RNG systems.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6789rp platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "advantage play" in violation of these Terms);
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any event offered for betting on 6789rp;
• Using the platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or circumvent any applicable anti-money laundering regulations;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the 6789rp platform's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 6789rp staff, agents, or other Members through any communication channel;
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims through your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting 6789rp's support team in good faith to resolve the issue.

All content on the 6789rp platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6789rp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 6789rp platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 6789rp content without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on 6789rp content;
• Use the 6789rp brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our express written authorization;
• Frame or mirror any part of the 6789rp website on any third-party website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6789rp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 6789rp platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or account access due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Errors or omissions in game results supplied by third-party providers;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers;
• Any decision by a Member to gamble beyond their means.

Where 6789rp's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

6789rp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at https://6789rp.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, 6789rp collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) strictly as necessary to deliver our Services.

6789rp is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that Members may activate at any time through their Account settings or by contacting our support team. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours) or a longer-term self-exclusion period (up to permanent) by contacting 6789rp support. During any self-exclusion period, the Member will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Any promotional communications will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion period.

14.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your 6789rp Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by 6789rp

6789rp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• The Member is operating under a self-exclusion or cooling-off period;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to 6789rp, its Members, or third parties;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Upon termination of an Account by 6789rp for cause, any outstanding real-money balance (net of Bonus Funds) may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, the balance will be released to the Member's verified payment method within 14 business days.

6789rp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal processing times, or wagering requirements — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the 6789rp website.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, updated contact information, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 6789rp platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which 6789rp is licensed and regulated. 6789rp operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and is regulated by the relevant licensing authority in its country of incorporation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration institution. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
